Where possible we will try to accommodate any changes to orders however this may not always be possible. Please send an email to us at hello@shebby.co.nz and we will be in touch to discuss options.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking details from us which includes a tracking number. If you don’t receive a tracking number, please firstly check your junk and spam emails and if you still are not in receipt of it, please contact us at hello@shebby.co.nz and we will follow up.
Shebby is available for delivery within New Zealand and Australia.
Any credits will be supplied as gift cards. You can simply type in the unique code from the gift card at the checkout, and the amount will be applied automatically.
shipping & returns
- We know that when you shop online, it can be difficult to know if a garment will fit perfectly. We also know that it can be hard to get into the post shop to return goods! That’s why we give you a full 14 days from delivery of your purchase to return items to us.
- We are happy to provide a refund, exchange or store credit for change of mind returns on full price items, however all items must be in new, unworn, saleable condition with all tags attached. Please do not remove tags until you are sure you are satisfied with your purchase as we are unable to accept returns without tags.
- If you believe that an item is faulty, please email returns@shebby.co.nz with an explanation as to what the fault is and we will contact you promptly.
- All sale items or warehouse sale items with a strikethrough price are final sale unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. No refunds are given on sale items. Exchanges for the same item in a different size may be possible depending on availability.
- Refunds will be made to the purchasing credit card and will include shipping for faulty items. Shipping will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
- To return an item, please email returns@shebby.co.nz with an explanation as to the reason for the return and we will contact you promptly.
- We recommend using tracking when returning goods as we are unable to take responsibility for returned items that do not make it to us.
